Arrive.
In our first conversation, you tell me whom you have lost and what is occupying you most right now. You do not have to be able to explain anything. Together, we find out what is needed now.
Someone you love has died. Perhaps it was weeks ago, perhaps years. And yet something cannot find peace. A sentence that was never spoken. An image that keeps overshadowing everything. A feeling of guilt that quietly whispers: If only I had …

Perhaps grief is love that has lost its place for you. Sometimes it gets stuck, and then you carry not only the loss, but everything that lies beneath it. That is precisely where my work begins.
A loss rarely touches only that one moment. It awakens everything within you that has been lost before: the child who felt abandoned, the fear of not having been enough, the old argument that was never fully resolved. It is often these older layers that make grief so heavy, and not just the goodbye itself.
Then there is what is passed down in families. You learned early how death, pain and feelings were handled in your family, usually without noticing. Perhaps the message was: be strong, keep going, do not talk about it. Such patterns continue quietly until a loss suddenly makes them visible.
All of this is stored in your subconscious: every experience, every feeling, every old decision. And that is also where it can be resolved. Hypnosis work makes this gentler and easier.

In hypnosis, you gain access to the things that still hurt - from a safe, calm distance. Many people experience an inner encounter with their loved one during hypnosis. There, what has remained unsaid may finally be spoken: Thank you. Forgive me. I let you go. I love you.
When the loss touches an older wound, we go to where it began. What you learned back then may be rewritten. This means your grief no longer has to carry old pain with it.
Alongside the work, we use frequencies to open a space of deep calm. Many people feel something in their body relax that has been held for a long time.
Grief never concerns only one person. Where it feels right, I include your family line. Burdens passed down through generations may end with you, so that your children and grandchildren do not have to carry them on.
And sometimes a connection reaches deeper than this one life. Then a regression can also reveal what connects two souls.

For you, if the loss is recent and you are seeking support that goes deeper than consolation.
For you, if it happened a long time ago and you notice that it still holds you back.
For you, if you could not say goodbye because it happened suddenly, because you were far away or because something between you remained unresolved.
And for families grieving together who no longer understand one another in their different ways of grieving.
Love remains, and the pain may grow quieter. Perhaps you can think of your loved one again without feeling torn apart. Perhaps the guilt can finally fall silent. Perhaps you may laugh again without it feeling like betrayal. And perhaps you sense that your connection to the person who has gone has not become smaller, but freer.
I have brought together my work around dying, grief, death and saying goodbye in a space of its own: Voice of Alma.
There, I support people at the end of life and their families, create personal farewell speeches and ceremonies, and bring families living far apart together in an ancestral circle on Zoom, making its healing potential accessible.
After our mother's death, there was not only pain and longing, but also feelings and old issues that we could hardly put into words. Dana supported our mother, but also us, with so much warmth and sensitivity. Through subconscious work, Mum was able to look at her deeper emotional entanglements, finally understand them and let them go. Gradually, more peace emerged – with all of us, with Mum herself, and with what had remained unresolved between us. Today, we feel freer and can sense our love for her much more consciously again.
Let's get to know each other first. In a free phone or video call lasting 20 minutes, there is space for your concerns and questions.
Afterwards, you can decide in your own time whether working together feels right.
