More and more people are taking part in Ayahuasca ceremonies. They are searching for clarity. Healing. Access to what lies deep within them – often after years of trying other things that simply did not bring lasting change. And the ceremony delivers. It opens doors that may have been closed for years. It brings memories, emotions, images, and unresolved themes to the surface – often with an intensity that can feel overwhelming. And then?
Most people are left alone with it.
No guidance. No structure. No answers to what has come up.
What the substance has stirred continues to circulate within them. It has become visible – but it has not been resolved. Not understood. Not integrated.
And that is exactly why some people do not feel better after an Ayahuasca experience.
Sometimes, they feel even worse.
The Basement That Suddenly Stands Open
Imagine that, for years, you have been storing things in a basement.
Heavy boxes. Old memories. Unlived emotions. Experiences you have pushed aside.
Ayahuasca suddenly throws open the basement door – and everything comes falling out at once.
But healing does not work like that.
The themes, patterns, and what some of us call karma exist within us in layers. Built throughout this lifetime – and perhaps, for some, across previous lifetimes.
When everything is stirred up at once, without structure or guidance, clarity does not necessarily emerge.
Chaos can.
Because the nervous system becomes overwhelmed.
Because the mind cannot always make sense of what the soul is revealing.
Because layer two cannot truly be released when layer one has not yet been recognised and understood.
Real transformation needs a sequence.
Clarity.
A safe space where each important theme can be seen, understood, and released individually.
Not everything at once.
Layer by layer.
When So Much Has Come Up, but Nothing Seems to Be Releasing
If, after an Ayahuasca experience, you feel:
There is so much that has come up, but I cannot access it. I do not understand it. I cannot let it go.
That does not necessarily mean that something went wrong.
It may simply mean that you now need support in making sense of what has surfaced and bringing clarity into the experience.
The ceremony opened the door.
What may be missing now is a path that helps you walk through that door – with structure, at your own pace, and in an order your nervous system can safely process.
How Hypnosis and Frequency Work Can Support Integration
Through hypnosis, I guide my clients deep into the subconscious – to the place where the emotions, memories, and unresolved information that have been stirred up are truly stored.
There, we explore them together.
Calmly.
Structurally.
Layer by layer.
Each theme that emerges can be seen, understood, and gradually released.
Not pushed away.
But processed at its root – because the deeper part of you finally begins to understand where it comes from.
This is integration.
And this is the difference between a single intense experience and genuine, lasting transformation.
The Ceremony Was the Beginning. The Real Work Starts Now.
If an Ayahuasca experience has shown you what is happening within you, then that was a courageous first step.
The real work now lies in making sense of what you have seen, understanding it, and integrating it into your everyday life.
My name is Dana.
I support people exactly where the ceremony has ended – through hypnosis and frequency work, online or in person in Mallorca.
